Prostate problems are important but often overlooked. Some problems, like non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate, cause difficulty with urination. Others, like prostatitis, can cause pain with urination or ejaculation. And still others, like prostate cancer, have no symptoms at all making once a year rectal exams and PSA blood testing a must for all men over 50.
